BEACHFRONT DEFEAT:
Jim is currently recording and putting the finishing touches on tracks for Beachfront Defeat, at Capsule Media Studios, for a label release in late spring. He has been writing and has a backlog of songs for possible inclusion in the album. Live dates will pick up once the album is completed. We predict an easter/summer release for the new Jim rock and roll band record. (Co-produced with Pascal Jacquelin --5 Steps To Getting Signed, Mint, Trouble Doll) Jim has been in the studio recently working on this project non stop, and has written new songs
for the project. Besides the band: Jordan, Tony and Fernando, guest artists include Sharief (guitarist for John Legend), Rick Finch, Charlie Pickett and Brother John.- it promises to be the best Jim CD ever!!
The GOODS reissues!!:
Thanx to all who made the Goods Reunion shows such great successes! Old fans & new ones, rocked Tobacco Rd, a show that band members ranked as being in the top 5 GOODS SHOWS EVER! And then Churchills where the boys trashed the stage like back in the day. The reissue of PLAY RIP MUSIC and TOO TRUE TO BE GOOD are available on CDBABY.COM, if you were not able to attend or purchase one, have no fear!!! More CDs are being made and will be available online. Both CDs have BONUS tracks and were remixed and remastered by RAT BASTARD! Jim is also working with his fellow GOODS on
reissuing all the GOODS CDs, with bonus tracks of previously unreleased songs and special features including live show video footage!! 5 Steps To Getting Signed is next... No release dates as of now, but more info will soon follow.

Churchill's show recap >>> jim debuted some new songs that may appear on the upcoming album, he has decided to scrap some of the material in favor of newly recorded songs. the songs that were debuted at Churchill's were uniformly impressive, the raucous
rocker "HIT ME, I'LL HIT YOU BACK" and the POWERHOUSE BALLAD "MARIE". jim also performed. to a standing only room, versions of ALL THE YOUNG DUDES, the song written by David bowie for MOTT
THE HOOPLE and a cover of the MATTHEW SWEET song I'VE BEEN WAITING, both receiving a warm reception by the pleasantly surprised crowd. after the show, jim promised to upload one or both of the covers onto his MY SPACE site. next up: jim will be joining NRWO for CULTURE ROOM show in FT LAUDERDALE on JUNE 25. it will be an electric set,
and jim promises to have another surprise or two in
